What a cold start to 2010! A ‘little’ snow did not slow the Gifford Grant team down though. We can now add ‘professional snow shoveling’ to our skill base! The strong spirit of the team ensured the office was fully operational throughout the unusual weather.
We now look forward to more typical weather and an encouraging economic climate for 2010.

Gomaco new European Headquarters
Despite the depth of snow in Witney, Oxfordshire, completion is still scheduled for the end of January. The project involved two 1960’s warehouse buildings in a poor state of repair and an overgrown yard being transformed into an attractive and practical new facility.
The two units were initially knocked through to create one building. A new mezzanine floor with bespoke stairs, offices, meeting rooms, staff break out and refreshment areas have all been built and furnished. In the workshop and showroom new roller shutters, heating and lighting, compressed air and exhaust extract systems were installed. The roof has been repaired and improved since the snow. Fast track fit-out for global software company
When Tescom secured new premises in Moorgate, London EC2, it sought a fit-out company to handle the whole relocation; capable of delivering a quality fit-out to a fixed budget and within a three week deadline!

New Surrey HQ for Access Communications…...
...on Surrey Research Park, Guildford. Moving to modern, purpose built offices from a large converted house meant a positive cultural challenge for the management and employees of this growing company. The space was divided using polar glazed, solid and curved partitions, decorations included a bold feature wall and new furniture and seating throughout have provided Access Communications with attractive functional new workspace.
