Tata-Naka new design studio and showroomThe creative minds behind the Tata-Naka label had very clear ideas of how their new space in Parsons Green should look. The whole scheme needed to reflect their fashion flair while providing practical office space, a showroom, work areas for designing/cutting/sewing new design prototypes, staff welfare facilities and a secure store.
Much of the project was carried out in occupied space, and was completed within agreed budgets and timescales.

Gifford Grant received 4 days notice of extensive modifications required to
Martin McColl’s base building mechanical installation at Elizabeth House, Woking.
Duct work was fabricated during a Thursday night and Friday, and installed in position on the Saturday and Sunday, together with a complete cooling installation for the Comms Room.
The project marks 12 years involvement with the building, during which a £1.2 million refurbishment of four floors was carried out.

Office Occupier at Space Business Centre, WokinghamLighting Agency (TLA) Limited, a specialist Consultancy & Contractor for Exterior Lighting and minor civil engineering works, appointed Gifford Grant to fit-out its office in a unit on Space Business Centres, Wokingham, as part of a year long expansion programme . The project included floor coverings, electrics, heating, new kitchen and security.
