Gifford Grant is always interested in a challenge and when it was asked to fit out a show flat for a major development in the Covent Garden area of London, it jumped at the chance.
The project was complicated by its location in the middle of a warehouse which was in the process of being stripped out and converted by a main building contractor.
Gifford Grant was engaged to work with the scheme architects, and refine design concepts to produce a scheme that met a strict budget but that would also attract buyers.
The project included bespoke joinery to form a fitted bedroom area with concealed cupboards, a limestone sunken bath with bespoke fittings and towel storage, a stunning fitted kitchen with specialist lighting, and all services including plumbing and air conditioning to the main areas.
