Gifford Grant completed the fitting out of the new London office of a private family company performing asset management services. Following an extensive search in Mayfair, 1700 square feet was successfully secured for Island Circle London Ltd in Berkeley Street.
Gifford Grant was asked to provide a light, airy and contemporary working environment, to include meeting facilities for visiting directors and occasional board meetings.
A striking design was accomplished using hardwood flooring, curved glass block partitions and a bespoke curved maple reception desk together with T14 Storage wall in a maple veneer to provide ample storage space. Considerable updating and upgrading was required to the electrical installations. Heating and air conditioning were also reconfigured to enable this private fund manager to operate efficiently in their new offices. A smart modern kitchen and a "piazza" meeting area were included, together with a stunning refurbishment of the toilet facilities.
