Nicola Forgette, Managing Director: Nicola has been involved in the commercial interiors industry for fifteen years, as a director of Gifford Grant since 2000, and as managing director since 2005. In addition to her management role, Nicola’s main focus is to establish relationships with new clients, pursue new business as well as build on relationships with existing clients to ensure all their commercial interior needs are met.
When she is not pursuing greatness for Gifford Grant, Nicola can be found on a beach in Cornwall with her dog, in her vegetable garden, or skiing…

Stevette Potts, Director: Having started her career in property in the residential market, Stevette chose to move into the commercial field. She has over 17 years successful experience in this sphere, dealing with all aspects of refurbishment and fitting out for a variety of clients, and is a Director specialising in client liaison, estimating, consulting and design work.
In addition to her role at Gifford Grant, Stevette plays golf, enjoys boating, the gym and gardening.

Ian Brown, Project Consultant: Ian’s origins as a quantity surveyor in both the private and public sector, responsible for the financial control of both building and multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects, provides Gifford Grant with a wealth of experience. Having changed career path into commercial interior projects, he was a founding member of the Gifford Grant team in 1995. Ian now works on a consultancy basis, mainly handling some of Gifford Grant’s more unusual projects.
Ian is an ex Great Britain rifle shot, a part-time gun smith and runs Gifford Grant’s shooting based corporate entertainment subsidiary. Other interests include classic cars and golf. ian@gifford-grant.com
Philip Armstrong, Project Manager: Philip has over twenty five years’ experience in project management of offices, hotels and retail outlets. Clients he has worked for in both South Africa and the UK include Southern Sun Hotels, The Beare Group, Finnair, National Bank of Dubai, Tomkins plc, Harper Broom Associates, and Fortis Finance Ltd.
