Having relocated MWR Security during 2011, Gifford Grant was well suited with its knowledge and experience to offer the same high standard of office fit out once again.
MWR InfoSecurity has been rapidly expanding over recent years, helped by winning some prestigious and highly classified contracts.

Specific requirements were discussed, with clear design ideas from the client early on. In addition to the usual meeting rooms and open plan office space, the need for a larger breakout area was clear, balanced with quiet ‘monk cell’ and focus areas, a chill out library and a meditation room.
The open plan area was spread over both wings of the new offices acquired in the distinctive Matrix House, Basingstoke. Secure meeting rooms were built adjacent to the new comms room, large enough to house 5 racks to accommodate the 400+ data lines installed. Larger meeting rooms, development offices, a technical lab and individual phone pods were all essential elements of the new offices.
A new high gloss black tea point was installed with stunning luxury vinyl tiles from the new Polyflor range. The existing Interface carpet was complemented with a contrasting colour from the same range in the chill out library, along with feature painted walls. Glass partitions were used in all but the secure areas, to keep the ‘open’ feel of the offices, and to maintain the natural light levels.
New and existing relocated storage wall and desking provided a smart backdrop to the new Orangebox Do chairs, and the high backed Verco sofas (now complete with Angry Bird cushions...)
The project was completed within a much reduced timescale, ensuring the client was up and running in their new offices well before the Christmas festivities began.
