Access Communications Ltd needed a ‘fast track’
fit out and furnishing solution for its new Guildford, Surrey offices and sought proposals from a number of design and build companies.
Gifford Grant was selected to carry out the work, mainly for the innovative design solution and its ability to deliver the project to a high standard within a tight timescale.

The project included: new polar glazing and full height glass doors, solid partitions, curved partitions/feature wall, specialist corporate logo manifestations, new pear desking, storage, executive furniture and meeting room furniture along with seating and screens.
The Access team has settled into their new ‘home’ quickly and are delighted with the practical and aesthetic qualities of the new space.
